Greenhouse shading by drone

Uniform coverage, operators always on the ground.

We apply shading mixtures to greenhouse roofs using a professional agricultural drone, reducing water use, work time and work at height.

We define the mixture, flight passes, parameters and suitable weather window.

  3. 03

    Application by drone

We distribute the product evenly while keeping operators on the ground.

  4. 04

    Final report

We document the treated area, flights, time and quantities applied.

Frequently asked questions

Information to assess the service

How much water does drone shading require?

The published operational reference is approximately 30 litres per 1,000 m², compared with approximately 300 litres for the manual method. The actual mixture is defined for each specific operation.

Do operators need to climb onto the greenhouse roof?

No. The service is designed to keep operators on the ground, avoiding manual work at height on the covering.

Where does Agricoltura Dronica operate?

RESEC is based in Ragusa and assesses operations throughout Italy, subject to technical, logistical and operational checks for each mission.
